ATTRIBUTES - The children will learn to notice, describe, and compare shapes, colors, and sizes of objects. They will identify circle, square, triangle, and rectangle.
NUMERALS - The children will identify the numerals 1 - 10.
QUANTITIES - The children will count 1 - 10 objects.
POSITIONS AND DIRECTIONS - Identifying position and direction, modeling the meaning of position and direction words, and using strategies and skills to solve problems are emphasized during the math lessons.
PATTERNS - Students will explore patterns by identifying, extending, and creating patterns.
Measurement - Measuring length, height, weight, and capacity, as well as ordering lengths will be emphasized.
The Baptism of the Lord - Jesus Is God's Son
Baptism makes us children of God.
The children will identify that we become members of God’s family through Baptism and recognize the Sign of the Cross as a reminder of Baptism.
